Calling all La Salle Sentul Class of 1973

Folks! Tonight history was made. I just returned from a long chat with Robinson Rodriguez, Leong Chin Mong (now Dr Thomas Leong) and Sai Moon at a table outside a Sentul Boulevard Restaurant, not too far from our old Alma Mater.
As we are pushing 50 (some just over, others coming to), we thought it's about time we keep in touch with people who shared our younger years. We are trying to meet up regularly, at least once a month.
Tonight's small makan was organised by Robin and LCM and we got a grand total of four. That's because Phua Cheng Khan, Micheal Ambrose, Eugene Fernandez and a few others could not make it.
We thought of starting a newsgroup but I think a blog is a better choice. With a blog, you can read it from anywhere in the world. With a newsgroup, you have to get it via email. And blogs can be tweaked in such a way, we can be alerted anyway.
So this is my maiden effort. I am waiting for more stuff from Robin before we spread the word further afield.
We are looking for people like Lu Loy Kuan, Teng Chai, Cheong Shih Kian, Ranjit Singh, Clement De Cruz, "George Best", Aubrey Ohara, Pritipal Singh, Leong Kin Chee, Aloysius Pereira and many more....
They can be anyone from Form 3A1, 3A2 or 3A3.....
Cheers

Hello Lim, it's been a long time - 35 years almost since the classes of 73 dispersed. I got news of this from Harjit who had forwarded Thomas LCM's email of the dinner.
Truthfully - I cannot remember my class if it was A1, A2 or A3 - 35 years is a long time between drinks and brain cell must have been mutated by the alcohol. If you are wondering who this is - it is Amarjeet Singh. There are three Singh's from the class of 73 in Australia - Myself, Harjit Singh and Harwinderjit. Harwin resides in Brisbane - While Harjit & I live in Melbourne. I have spoken to Thomas a few times on his fleeting visits to Melbourne but have to yet met him in person. I will make it a point to meet him when he is here next. Harjit and I keep in contact all the time. Robinson - have fond memories during our scouting days.
I am aware that Jayasiri & Thomas Peries are in NZ and will endeavour to inform all of the class of 73 I can get in contact with of this blog. I have been back to KL a few times over the years but have not caught up with any old classmates ever. Hopefully this blog will make lead to some reunions.

Cheers
Amarjeet
